DESCRIPTION: HydroPurSilan is a two-component, water-based, colourless, matt-finish polyurethane lacquer. Anti-graffiti lacquer, highly resistant to UV rays and weathering, RAL-certified as a permanent protective lacquer (at least 15 cycles). Class 2 water vapour permeability (Sd value: 0,46m) and class E fire performance. Hydrophobic product, which also protects against general dirt, animal urine and road de-icing salt. Also to be applied as a functional coating in ETICS -SATE.
MAIN USE: On already painted and varnished surfaces, ETICS painted surfaces, plaster and concrete. For facades as well as well ventilated interiors. For all types of substrates in general, on emulsion paints, silicone resin paints, silicate paints, latex paints, and synthetic resin plasters (a levelling coat is required unless repainting). Also suitable on tiles and plastic surfaces.
METHOD OF APPLICATION: For the suitable application of the product, must be taken into account the condition and proper preparation of the substrate. Before application, all poorly adhering paint parts must be removed and the substrate must be clean and free of surface moisture. A previous cleaning with the salt and microorganism cleaner FK-12 and/or with the grease and pollution cleaner CLEANOLITH Forte, as appropriate, is recommended. After the cleaning has dried, apply 2 coats with a short nap microfibre roller in a transverse direction. Application is also possible by airless spraying or HVLP, as well as by Airless (nozzle diameter 0,279-0,33mm or 0,011-0,013 inch - pressure 150-200 bar) or HVLP (nozzle 2,0-2,5mm air pressure 2-3 bar). After use, clean tools and guns immediately under running water.
AVERAGE CONSUMPTION: It is variable, depending on the texture and absorption of the surface and method of application, so its average output can vary between 4 m² and 6 m² per liter.
