DESCRIPTION AND MAIN USE: Temadur Primer is a 2-component anticorrosive matte primer/paint with anticorrosive pigments and aliphatic isothionate B-component. Excellent weather resistance to abrasion and chemical stress. Recommended for steel structures, machinery, exterior of metallic tanks...etc.
RECOMMENDED AVERAGE DISSOLUTION: 10,5l./A + 1,5l./B + up to 20% of solvent 1048 or 1061.
WAY OF APPLICATION: Protect well all surfaces that should not be treated or splashed. Apply by spray, airless, roller or brush. Depending on the temperature of the components and the viscosity required, the paint should be diluted up to 20%. Mixing of the components and viscosity adjustment should be done just before application to achieve the optimum result. Nozzle size in airless application: 0.011" - 0.015", pressure 120-160 bar. Allow to dry before proceeding with other possible treatments. See FT and FS for more details.
AVERAGE YIELD: Temadur Primer for these cases will have an approximate yield of 6-8 m²/l. of concentrate, to obtain an approximate micronage between 70-90µ.
