DESCRIPTION AND MAIN USE: Alfapur 1202 is a 2-component anticorrosive paint with anticorrosive pigments and aliphatic isocyanate B-component, with a gloss finish. Excellent weather resistance to abrasion and chemical stress. Recommended for steel structures, machinery, exterior of metallic tanks...etc.
RECOMMENDED AVERAGE DISSOLUTION: 8 parts of A + 1 part of B + Alfa-PU up to a maximum of 10%.
METHOD OF APPLICATION: Protect well all surfaces that should not be treated or splashed. All surfaces must be dry, free of dirt, impurities and corrosion. Slowly pour component B into A and stir at low revolutions. Alfapur 1202 can be applied by airless (nozzle 0.015" - 0.028") or by AirMix. For more details see FT and FS.
AVERAGE YIELD: Alfapur 1202 for these cases will have a yield of approx. 3-5 m²/l. of concentrate, to obtain an approximate micronage between 80-150µ.
